About Prime Gaming PC

Real Builds. Straight Answers. No Filler.

We run three gaming PC tiers, each sized to a monitor resolution rather than a marketing spec sheet. No card payment up front, no upsell script on the phone, just a build that matches what you actually need, tested before it leaves and paid for when it arrives.

We Run This Hardware Ourselves

This is one of our own desks: the same category of hardware we sell, running daily. We're not describing parts off a spec sheet we've never touched; cable routing, thermal behavior, and which components are actually worth the upgrade are things we deal with on our own systems, not just other people's.

That's the standard a build has to meet before it goes out the door: something we'd be fine running ourselves.

Our Approach

How We Decide What Goes Into a Build

01
Match, Don't Maximize

Every part is sized to the tier it's going into. We're not chasing the biggest number on a single spec. We're checking that the CPU, GPU, RAM, and cooling actually make sense together.

02
Skip the Bottleneck

A top-tier GPU paired with a CPU that can't feed it is just wasted money. We check the pairing before a build ever gets configured.

03
Standard Parts, On Purpose

We avoid proprietary components where a standard one does the job just as well, so upgrading later is a normal purchase, not a search for a part only one brand makes.

04
Cables Get Routed, Not Stuffed

Every case gets real cable management before it ships. It's not just tidier. Airflow depends on it.

05
We'll Talk You Out of Overspending

If your monitor and the games you play don't need the bigger tier, we'll tell you that directly, even if it's a smaller order for us.

06
Support From Someone Who Built It

Whoever picks up the phone actually knows the build you bought, not a script pulled from a help-desk system.

What You're Actually Getting

Not Just a Box of Parts

Specced as a System

Components are chosen with the other four parts in mind, not picked individually off a bestseller list.

Powered On Before It's Packed

Every unit boots, runs under load, and gets a thermal check before it's cleared for the box.

12 Months, No Fine Print

A full year of hardware coverage on the parts we installed: straightforward, not conditional.

Built to Outlast One Upgrade

Standard sockets and expansion slots mean your next GPU or drive doesn't force a whole new build.

Where We Draw the Line

Things We Won't Do

  • Ask you to pay before your order is on its way. Cash on Delivery only, right now.
  • Recommend a bigger tier than your monitor and games call for, just to raise the order total.
  • Ship a system that hasn't been personally powered on and stress-tested by someone here.
  • List a vague "up to" spec: every product page names the exact CPU, GPU, and RAM going in the box.
  • Build around a proprietary part when a standard one does the same job and leaves you free to upgrade later.
Order to Doorstep

What Happens After You Order

STEP 01
We Confirm the Spec

A phone call to confirm your build, address, and rough delivery window before anything gets assembled.

STEP 02
It Gets Built by Hand

Component seating, cooler mounting, and cable routing all get checked as the system comes together.

STEP 03
We Run It Under Load

The system runs a stress test and gets checked for stable temperatures and clean boot behavior before it's cleared for packing.

STEP 04
Packed to Survive the Trip

Padded, boxed, and the GPU braced so the ride to your door doesn't undo the build.

“We'd rather lose a sale telling you which tier you don't need than make one by staying quiet about it.”
