We Run This Hardware Ourselves
This is one of our own desks: the same category of hardware we sell, running daily. We're not describing parts off a spec sheet we've never touched; cable routing, thermal behavior, and which components are actually worth the upgrade are things we deal with on our own systems, not just other people's.
That's the standard a build has to meet before it goes out the door: something we'd be fine running ourselves.
How We Decide What Goes Into a Build
Every part is sized to the tier it's going into. We're not chasing the biggest number on a single spec. We're checking that the CPU, GPU, RAM, and cooling actually make sense together.
A top-tier GPU paired with a CPU that can't feed it is just wasted money. We check the pairing before a build ever gets configured.
We avoid proprietary components where a standard one does the job just as well, so upgrading later is a normal purchase, not a search for a part only one brand makes.
Every case gets real cable management before it ships. It's not just tidier. Airflow depends on it.
If your monitor and the games you play don't need the bigger tier, we'll tell you that directly, even if it's a smaller order for us.
Whoever picks up the phone actually knows the build you bought, not a script pulled from a help-desk system.

- List a vague "up to" spec: every product page names the exact CPU, GPU, and RAM going in the box.
- Build around a proprietary part when a standard one does the same job and leaves you free to upgrade later.
What Happens After You Order
A phone call to confirm your build, address, and rough delivery window before anything gets assembled.
Component seating, cooler mounting, and cable routing all get checked as the system comes together.
The system runs a stress test and gets checked for stable temperatures and clean boot behavior before it's cleared for packing.
Padded, boxed, and the GPU braced so the ride to your door doesn't undo the build.
