Ordering & Payment

How Cash on Delivery actually works, from checkout to the courier showing up.

No. We only offer Cash on Delivery right now, so you don't pay a cent when you order. Once you submit your details, a member of our team calls to confirm the build and your address, and you pay in cash when the courier hands it over.

Choosing Your Build

Which tier actually fits your monitor, games, and budget.

Look at your monitor first, not the parts list. If you're on a 1080p screen, Ignite has more than enough power. A 1440p high-refresh monitor is where Surge earns its keep. Zenith is for 4K panels or anyone who wants ray tracing maxed out. If you're still unsure, message us your monitor model and we'll tell you straight which tier makes sense.

Getting It to Your Door

Timelines, packaging, and where we currently deliver.

Builds we have parts in stock for are usually assembled and ready to leave within 3-5 business days. From there it's however long courier transit takes to reach you. We'll give you a realistic window on the confirmation call rather than a generic estimate.

If Something Goes Wrong

What's covered, what isn't, and how to get it sorted.

Twelve months of coverage on the hardware itself: if a component we installed fails under normal use, we repair or replace it at no cost. It doesn't extend to physical damage, liquids, or issues caused by parts added after delivery.

Changing Things Later

Adjusting your spec before or after your order ships.

Generally, yes. We build with regular desktop components rather than proprietary parts, so adding a second drive, more RAM, or a future GPU is usually a normal upgrade, not a special project. The one thing to check first is whether your case and power supply have room for whatever you're adding.
