Prime Gaming PC

Shipping

Everything that happens between us finishing your build and it landing on your desk.

Getting It Ready to Ship

Before anything leaves our hands, it gets fully assembled, powered on, stress-tested, and visually checked over. We confirm the hardware matches what you ordered, secure anything that could shift in transit, the GPU especially, and pack accessories and cables in with it. Orders are prepped Monday through Friday; anything placed over the weekend starts moving the next business day.

Timeline

In-stock builds are usually ready to leave within 3-5 business days. If parts need to be sourced or it's a particularly busy stretch, that can stretch to 5-8 business days. We'll tell you on the confirmation call if that's the case rather than let you assume the shorter number.

Once it's handed to the courier, transit typically runs:

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Remote areas: add 1-3 business days on top of that

These are realistic windows, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays are outside our control.

What to Do When It Arrives

Before you power it on:

  • Take the system and accessories out of the box carefully
  • Remove any internal padding or foam braced around the GPU (instructions in the box show you where)
  • Connect your monitor to the graphics card outputs, not the motherboard
  • Plug in keyboard, mouse, and power, then connect to your network

From there it's the normal Windows first-run setup.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get tracking details by email the moment your system leaves our facility. It can take a few hours for the carrier to show any movement after the label's created, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Wrong Address? Tell Us Fast

If you gave us the wrong address, contact us right away. We can usually fix it while the build is still in progress. Once it's already with the courier, changing the destination gets a lot harder to guarantee.

Where We Currently Deliver

Right now that's the United States and Canada. If you're outside that range, reach out before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

If It Arrives Damaged

Check the outer box before you open it. A dented corner doesn't necessarily mean anything inside is hurt, but if it looks crushed, punctured, or soaked, photograph it before you open the box.

If the PC itself looks damaged once you're inside:

  • Don't try to fix or open it up yourself
  • Hang onto the box and all the packaging
  • Photograph the box, the packaging, and the damage itself
  • Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and what you're seeing

Missing Something From the Box

Smaller items like cables or accessories are sometimes tucked into their own compartment inside the packaging, so check thoroughly before assuming something didn't ship. Still missing after that? Let us know within 7 days with your order number and what's absent.

If Tracking Looks Stuck

No movement for a day or two isn't unusual, especially around holidays. If tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, get in touch and we'll look into it with the carrier. If it says "delivered" but you can't find it, check around your door, with neighbors, and with building management before assuming it's lost. Carrier photos sometimes post a little early.

What Delivery Costs

Since we run on Cash on Delivery rather than an online checkout, delivery cost gets confirmed on the phone call along with your address and build, not calculated automatically at checkout. We'll always tell you the total before anything ships, not as a surprise when the courier shows up.
